Tecniconsult is ISO 14001 certified and pursues the goal of promoting and strengthening a corporate culture focused on environmental respect, aiming to play its part in fostering truly sustainable development.

  2. Compliance with Regulations: It ensures organizations comply with environmental laws and regulations while promoting sustainable practices.
  3. Risk and Opportunity Assessment: The standard encourages organizations to assess both environmental risks (such as pollution or resource depletion) and opportunities for improvement (like energy efficiency or waste reduction).
  4. Continuous Improvement: Like other ISO standards, ISO 14001 follows the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, promoting ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and enhancement of environmental performance.
  5. Leadership and Commitment: It requires top management to take an active role in setting environmental objectives and integrating them into the company’s overall strategy.

Sustainable by Design

Over the years, Tecniconsult has undertaken substantial initiatives to advance the sustainable utilization of resources, moving away from the traditional “take, make, waste” model. Our organization has developed a new hierarchy in waste management, focusing on the recovery and reuse of materials.

Resource Efficiency: we minimize the use of natural resources (e.g. water, energy) maximizing their efficiency in production (and logistics).

Sustainable Product Design: we develop products with a lower environmental impact throughout their lifecycle, from raw material sourcing to disposal.

Waste Reduction: we put in place practices and take part of projects that reduce waste, such as recycling, reusing materials, and improving production processes to generate less waste.
